Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using Kasratify. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. Account Registration & Security

To use Kasratify, you must register by providing accurate, current, and complete gym details. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and the email verification codes we send you. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

2. Permitted Use & Restrictions

Kasratify grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the platform for gym and operational business management. You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any illegal actions or unauthorized financial accounting.
• Attempt to disrupt, breach, or compromise the safety of our multi-tenant database infrastructure.
• Use Kasratify's WhatsApp or SMS features (whether sent from your own WhatsApp or, if connected, the WhatsApp Business API) to broadcast spam messages or unsolicited marketing to members.

3. Billing, Subscriptions & Renewals

Subscription rates are determined by your customized active modules and billing cycles (monthly or yearly). Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Failure to process subscription fees within 7 days of the invoice due date may result in automated temporary lock/suspension of access to the owner dashboard.

4. Account Cancellation & Termination

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your service remains active until the end of the current paid billing period. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or engage in abusive behaviour toward our support agents.

5. Updates to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post notice of updates on this page, and major changes will be broadcast to account owners via system notifications.
